    • Shanghai Warehouse - 3 Days Delivery
    • Factory Stock - 5-7 Days Delivery
    • Factory Lead Time - 4 Weeks Delivery
    After receiving your payment, your order will be arranged within 24 hours.
  2. What is your standard delivery?
    We support DHL and UPS delivery.
    • DHL shipment: 2-5days
    • UPS SAVER shipment: 2-3days
    • UPS EXPEDIETED shipment: 5-7days
  3. I have my own shipping account, can I use it?
    Yes, of course. You can provide us your DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX/... ACCOUNT when you place the order on line. If you send payment by Paypal, we will refund your freight after using your shipping account for order delivery. If you send payment by Wiretransfer or Western Union, we will make a New Proforma Invoice without freight for you.
  4. I need my items very urgent! Could you ship my order overnight?
    If the products in Shenzhen stock, You can provide your own shipping account for shipping your order overnight. If send by our DHL/UPS account, need more extra freight. Please send email for inquiry extra freight.
  5. What is my choice for backorder refernce?
    For backorder preferences, you may choose from the following:
    • Backorder Allowed - We'll ship In-Stock items immediately and place any Out-of-Stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments.
    • Ship Order Complete - If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your order until all items become available. Your order will arrive in one shipment.
    • Order Cancel- If items in your order are out of stock, after our confirmation, you can ask for cancel the order.
  6. Where can you ship the parcels?
    So far we support International orders, We deliver parcels to worldwide by UPS/DHL.
  7. How do you determin shipping and handling charge?
    Shipping charge is depend on parcel weight, carrier method and distance. The total cost is only can be determined at the time of shipment. Cutomers don't need extra handling charge, Free for all customers. But customers need to pay tariff if it is generate in their local custom.
